Who’s It For, mandatory healthcare training?
Mandatory Healthcare Training is an essential aspect of any person's working life in any care home or care agency, whether as a carer, a nurse, home manager, administrator or part of the domestic team. It is a legal requirement to ensure all your staff are trained in the fundamental aspects of the healthcare industry.
All our training is accredited, provided by a registered nurse and delivered via Zoom or face to face, at your chosen site, depending on whats best for you. We provide all the equipment to carry out fun, interactive and engaging training, so you can get the most out of your session.
Our mandatory courses are for anyone currently working or looking to work in the healthcare industry.
Our Delivery
Our training is delivered in a fun and interactive way, which gives your staff something to not only enjoy, but remember to!
For us, its not just about learning today, we want your staff to remember our training tomorrow too. Knowledge is only potential power, taking action is true power. The power to improve the standard of care within your service, the power to implement better change, the power to give confidence to your staff. Ultimately this is the purpose of mandatory training. For us it's not just a click-box exercise. By receiving thoughtful and engaging training, delivered by our team of experts, we change people's perspectives and how they support the people they care for.
Our delivery of training has been carefully designed to this end, to inspire, to educate and to help people remember it. Thorough out all our training sessions, we have embed activities and games to help everyone learn better. Whether this is a quick fun game about infection control or a debate about a safeguarding scenario. We also use high quality models, manikins and props to add a realistic element to our training session.
Who Will Train Your Staff?
Our commitment isn't just to ensure your staff enjoy their training; it's to ensure they gain valuable information too. This is why we only use experts to deliver our training sessions. Whether this is a registered nurse or an ex-fire fighter, we ensure your session has an expert with real hands-on experience sharing their knowledge with your staff.
But not any expert will do! Not for us. We only use experts who have the interpersonal skills to bring information to life. Those rare few who have both an understanding of the industry and know how to engage and really educate a team. Like we said, we like to inspire too!
