What is Manual Handling and Moving & Handling?
Over 300,000 people each year suffer a work related injury solely due to poor manual handling practices. It accounts for around a third of all work place injuries in the UK each year. However, the damaged caused is not nearly as significant as the result of poor moving and handling practices.
