What is Pressure Sore Prevent Training?

Our course covers the SSKIN/ASKIN and the BESTSHOT model of tissue viability used in the NHS to understand the risks people maybe facing. Having robust documentation and care plans are just as important as having a clean track record of no pressure sores within your service.
