COPD Training

Understanding how to support someone with COPD is an important choice to make; and making it will improve your ability to care effectively.

What is COPD Training?

The British Lung Foundation estimate that 1.2 million people in the UK have been diagnosed with COPD. This makes it the second most common lung disease in the UK. Despite these statistics being so large, the numbers of people who have ever had COPD have increase by 27% in the past decade.
COPD is an umbrella term for multiple lung conditions all of which are covered in this training.
Our COPD training not only covers what COPD is, but the various conditions under it's umbrella. This provides your staff with robust knowledge to help and support their service users.

Training is one of the most important aspects of anyone's working life, however it is commonly a source of boredom, resulting in a poor retainment of information. This is why we started thinking about training differently. For us, the training needs to be engaging as well as informative, so what you learn today, will be remembered tomorrow.
Training with us is a unique experience, with a potent mixture of fun, interactivity, real life experience and expert advice. We only use trained professionals, such as our nurse trainers, to deliver our training. This way you are taught by someone with real hands on experience.
