Travel Questions
Yes, we travel to you as it makes it easier for you and your staff. We also bring all the equipment needed for the training too. The only time we can't do this is for moving & handling training as we aren't able to bring a hoist etc with us.
We travel far and wide! Although we might be called the Leicestershire Training Team, we have lovely customers in London, Isle of Mann, Middlesborough, Grimsby and more!
Usually no, however if you require the training over an hour or so away, there maybe a £50 charge for fuel. If you are far enough away a hotel stay is required, this will be also be added to the cost of your training session. You can chose the hotel, or we can, it's up to you.
Training Delivery Questions
It's always an expert with real hands on experience, whether that's a nurse/midwife, mental health counsellor or a fire fighter. It's cruical for us to ensure our trainers not only know what to teach, but they add their own personal experiences into the training; bring it alive and answers those difficult questions.
We usually have groups of either 1-10ppl or 11-20ppl. This depends on the type of training you book. For example, Train the Trainer courses are up to 4ppl. We don't charge per person, but per group. Sometimes we are able to add an extra few people onto a course to help you with managing your staff's training.
Yes we can. Although our trainers usually deliver the training from 09:30 - 15:30 each day, we can make exceptions and deliver training during different times and at weekends too. There is no extra cost for this.
Extra Questions
Never! We aren't one of those companies who have hidden charges. All certificates are free of charge, along with the handouts for the training session.
Absolutely! This is what we love and specialise in. We enjoy tailoring the session to your needs, adding bits and altering what you need. Is there a charge? No charge for this, it's just part of our service.
Usually yes! If you prefer we can book a venue for your training. We will add the venue hire to your invoice after checking you are happy with the arrangements.
Unfortunately we don't provide lunch and equally theres no need to feed us either, although our trainers won't mind being offered some free food if you're ordering lunch in!
